This Privacy Policy describes how BoosterPages.net, the BoosterPages app at members.boosterpages.net and the booster sites in the BoosterPages network (together, "this Application") collect, use and process Personal Data. BoosterPages is operated by Launch Ninjas, Inc.

03Types of Data Collected
Among the types of Personal Data this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, are:
- Account data: your name, email address and password, provided when your BoosterPages account is created.
- Purchase data: your name, email address, the plan you bought, your billing period and your order number, passed to us by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Submitted content: the URLs, CSV files and RSS feeds you add, and the page titles, featured images and descriptions we read from those pages to build your pins. This includes the projects, booster sites and categories you choose.
- Connection data: your API keys and the settings that connect BoosterPages to tools such as RSSMasher and VidPenguin2, and records of what those tools sent us.
- Usage Data: IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested and the time of each request, collected automatically in server logs when anyone visits this website, the app or a booster site.
- Communications: what you send us when you email support.
Unless stated otherwise, the Data we ask for is required to provide the Service. Users who are unsure which Data is required are welcome to contact the Owner.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data they submit, publish or share through this Application.
04How We Process Data
Methods of processing
The Owner takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Data. Data may be accessible to people involved in operating this Application (administration, sales, legal, system administration) and to the service providers listed in section 06, acting as Data Processors.
Place of processing
Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices, on the servers that host this Application, and wherever the parties involved in processing are located. Depending on where you live, this may mean your Data is transferred to a country other than your own, including the United States.
Retention time
Personal Data is kept for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires: account data for as long as your account is open, purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and server logs for a limited period used to keep the Service secure and running. Pins and links built from your submitted URLs are public content on the booster sites and may stay published after your account closes, as described in our Terms and Conditions. Data may be kept longer where the law requires it.

We use Personal Data to:
- Create your BoosterPages account and keep it secure
- Process your purchase and manage your subscription
- Read the pages you submit and build pins and links from them on the booster sites
- Check submitted URLs against our Fair Use Policy and keep spam off the network
- Receive links sent by the tools you connect
- Answer support requests
- Measure which pages, ads and links bring visitors and sales to BoosterPages.net
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and detect fraud and abuse
We do not sell your Personal Data.

BoosterPages.net uses the tools below to learn which pages, ads and links bring visitors and sales.
We will list any new tool here before it goes live.
07Visitors to the Booster Sites
The booster sites are the Pinterest-style pin sites in the BoosterPages network. Launch Ninjas, Inc. runs them and is the data controller for their visitors.
- We collect server logs (IP address, browser, page requested, time) from visitors, to serve and secure the sites.
- The like and dislike buttons count votes so the pin tiles can shuffle and rank images. We do not need your name or an account to record a vote.
- When you use a social sharing button, you leave the booster site, and the social network you choose handles your data under its own policy.
- Every pin links to a page owned by one of our customers. When you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies.
09Users in the European Union and United Kingdom
This section applies to Users in the European Union and the United Kingdom under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR, and for those Users it overrides anything in this policy that conflicts with it.
Legal basis of processing
We process Personal Data where it is necessary to perform our agreement with you (your account, subscription and pins), where the law requires it, where it serves our legitimate interests in keeping the Service secure, working and free of spam, or where you have given consent.

12Children
BoosterPages is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their Personal Data. If you believe a child has given us Personal Data, email us and we will delete it.
13Additional Information
Legal action
Personal Data may be used by the Owner in court, or in the steps leading to possible legal action, arising from improper use of this Application. The Owner may be required to reveal Personal Data at the request of public authorities.
System logs and maintenance
For operation and maintenance, this Application and its service providers may keep system logs of interactions with it, including IP addresses.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this policy at any time. We will post the change on this page with a new effective date and, where we can, email account holders. Where a change affects processing based on consent, we will ask for consent again where required.
