These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of BoosterPages.net, the BoosterPages app at members.boosterpages.net, the BoosterPages API and the booster sites, and any related agreement with the Owner. Capitalized words are defined in section 14.
01Overview and Acceptance

By buying or using BoosterPages you confirm that:
- You have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Fair Use Policy
- You are an adult as defined by the law where you live
- If you act for a business, you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not buy or use the Service.
02The Service
BoosterPages turns the URLs you submit into featured visual pins with static text links on the booster sites, a network of Pinterest-style niche sites run by Launch Ninjas, Inc. Tier 2 links pointing back to those pins are added over time.
- Adding URLs. You can add URLs by hand, by CSV upload, by RSS feed, through the API, and through VidPenguin2 and RSSMasher posting schedules. You choose the booster site and category for each project.
- What a URL needs. Each URL must resolve to a page with a title, a featured image and a short description, usually found in the page's meta tags or RSS feed. Pages without them may not produce a pin.
- English only. BoosterPages works with English-language pages only.
- No results promised. SEO is a long-term strategy. We do not promise rankings, indexing, traffic, domain authority scores or income from your links.
- Network changes. We may add, change, merge or retire booster sites and categories to keep the network healthy. We do not promise that any single page or link stays live forever.
03Your Account
You use BoosterPages through your account at members.boosterpages.net. You must give complete and truthful information, keep your login details and API keys confidential, and you are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at [email protected] right away if you believe your account or API keys have been compromised.
Suspension and deletion
We may remove submitted URLs, suspend accounts or close accounts that break these Terms or the Fair Use Policy, without notice where the breach is serious or unlawful. Suspension or closure for a breach does not entitle you to compensation or a refund.
04Plans and Usage Limits
Each plan includes the limits shown on our pricing at the time you buy. Current limits:
"Unlimited" means unlimited for normal use by one customer and their own clients, within the Fair Use Policy. It is not a license to resell access or to run automated bulk submissions that put the network at risk.
05Purchases, Billing and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year until you cancel.
- Cancel any time. Cancel from the link in your PayKickstart receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Agency Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. "Lifetime" means the life of the BoosterPages product, as determined by Launch Ninjas, Inc. (see section 09). It is not the lifetime of a person, a business or a website.
- Prices. Prices and plans may change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, and we will tell you before a price change affects a renewal.
- Payment processing. All payments are processed by PayKickstart. We do not collect or store card details, and receive only confirmation that a payment went through. Any taxes are shown before you pay.
06Refunds
14-day "no questions asked" refund
If BoosterPages is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your original purchase date with the subject line "Refund Request", and we will refund that purchase in full. After 14 days, payments, including renewals, are not refundable except where the law requires.
When the refund does not apply
Accounts suspended or closed for breaking the Fair Use Policy or these Terms are not refunded, including for content already posted.
EU and UK consumers
Users who are Consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from contracts made online within 14 days, for any reason. Users who withdraw correctly are reimbursed for all payments made, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are told. Our 14-day refund above already covers this period.
07Your Content and Our Software
Your content
You keep ownership of your pages and the content on them. By submitting a URL you give us the right to read that page, copy its title, featured image and description, and publish them as a pin with links on the booster sites and our tier 2 network. You promise you have the rights needed for us to do this, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content, including content written with AI tools.
Our software
The BoosterPages app, the booster sites, their code and this website belong to Launch Ninjas, Inc. or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. This license gives no right to the source code and ends when your agreement with us ends.
API
Use of the BoosterPages API, directly or through a connected tool, is bound by these Terms. Keep your API keys private. We are not responsible for losses caused by the use of your keys or by third-party products that use them.
08Acceptable Use
You may use BoosterPages only for lawful purposes and within these Terms and the Fair Use Policy, which lists the content and link practices we do not allow. We may remove links, suspend accounts, terminate accounts and report misconduct to the authorities if you:
- Break the law, these Terms, the Fair Use Policy or anyone else's rights, including copyright and trademark
- Submit pages that are illegal, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, unsafe or spammy
- Attack, overload, probe, scrape or try to reverse-engineer the Service
- Share your account, credentials or API keys with unauthorized people, or resell access without our written permission
- Do anything else we reasonably decide harms the network, its visitors, our customers or the public
09Availability and Discontinuation
We may interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates or other changes, and will tell users where we reasonably can. We work to keep the app and booster sites online but do not promise uninterrupted service.
We may discontinue BoosterPages. If we do, we will give account holders notice, stop all future charges, and respect any rights the law gives them.
10Liability and Indemnification
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Launch Ninjas, Inc. and its people are not liable for:
- Indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, goodwill or data
- Changes in search rankings, indexing or traffic, including any search engine penalty or update
- Damage caused by hacking or unauthorized access to the Service or your account
- Interruptions to the Service or to the booster sites
- Changes, outages or decisions by third parties, including search engines, social networks and payment processors
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Launch Ninjas, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities and costs arising from your use of the Service, the pages you submit, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
11Third-Party Services
BoosterPages works with services we do not control, including search engines, social networks, PayKickstart and connected tools such as RSSMasher and VidPenguin2. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or decisions.
12Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, where we can, email account holders. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. If you do not agree to a change, cancel your plan and stop using the Service.
13General Provisions
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of it.
Privacy
How we use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
Assignment
We may transfer or subcontract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms. You may not transfer yours without our written permission.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies, and the invalid part is read as closely to its original intent as the law allows.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of Collin County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away the protection of local consumer law from Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland.

Before starting legal proceedings, a chargeback or a PayPal dispute, please email [email protected] with a short description and your order details. We will respond without undue delay and within 5 business days.
